You do not need to pre-book tickets outside of February & October half-term school holidays

Please note:

• Children can only be admitted into MAD when at least one adult is present. The “Extra Child” ticket option may only be purchased in conjunction with a family ticket.
  
  
• Carers. Carers are entitled to a free visit if they are accompanying a visitor with disabilities. You may be asked to show your documentation to a member of our reception team on arrival.
  
  
• Blue Peter Badge Holders.  Only 1 badge holder per paying adult. Valid ID and badge required on arrival. This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other discounts and vouchers including Tesco Clubcard vouchers.

The number of tickets available is shown below and covers every ticket not just under 5's except the family tickets which has its own quantity.

**If there is no option to book tickets on a day then there is no need to pre-book tickets, you can just pay on the day when you arrive.**
